Aims To establish a mentorship programme for all grade of Psychiatrists working within Surrey and Borders Partnership Trust. Methods RSPsych guidance was used to mentoring A core leadership team identified established, this included the Director Medical Education, Higher Specialist Trainee, Core Trainee. The decision made structure involve grades doctor trust, with pairing Mentor Mentees tailored mentee needs. Support from will also be offered both Mentors on regular drop in basis, as well support groups each group. then advertised using trust email list training days were held via Microsoft Teams delivered by West Midland Mentoring Team RCPsych. is due launch February 2023 expected widespread engagement, followed evaluation survey. Results We received good response doctors targeted Mentorship Scheme. Following prelaunch meeting, facilitated team, organised those involved scheme.
